black points for people against traic laws

I read in the newspaper tow days ago something important which is that it will be a black points for those who against traffic laws. When I read this I felt happy because a lot of people died nowadays because of against the laws. Also, they must pay money in addition to the black points. I think no one want to have black points so I think that by this way the accidents will be reduced. I choose this topic because it is very important to every one and it helps us to save our life. We can see in the news every day many people died and some of them in the hospital in danger so I think these black points will make us be careful in driving. The government always does their best because they want to save our life and to live in society empty of accidents and problems.
