I write in week about my leader and who this person has an influence in me . I have another person who has also influence in me she is my sister . She is my only sister , I love her so much , is so wonderful person . Everybody likes her , she is like my mother she very tolerant and very kind and very lovely . She my best friend , I tell her all my secrets . When my parents travelled to USA and India she was so patient with me and with my brother and with my grandmother . I learn from her a lot of things especially cooking because she likes to cook too much and she encourage me a lot . I like to spend a lot of time with her but now she is so busy and can't see her more so feel sad . Finally , I wish to become in the future like her and like my mother .

WEEK 3 fatema saeed

I read last week in Zahraet Gulf magazine about intelligence child , his name is Mhamoed his Egyptian and he nine years old . when he took intelligence test in the hospital he got high number in intelligence and he gets 151 it's mean that he has a lot of intelligence . He has the ability to make math in his mind without using the paper and pencil . He assimilate his class by reading it . He learned English language in three months in American University in Egypt which need two years to finish the courses and he know Germany language and French language . After he finish the primary school he will study in the university . Finally ,In his interview he said that he wish to become like Albert Einstein and Ahemd Zaweal . Also , He wish to become computer engineer because he likes computer more than any other stuff .

Last year I spent my holiday in Yemen is a wonderful place . When I went there I went by car and it was hard to travel by the car because my father didn't stop a lot and he continue driving . Any way the trip was very nice , I saw many thing I see oldest places and go to many places like Haoaf there the weather is so wonderful it rain a lot . When I went there I my father and my uncles they always make trips like going to the sea or clamping a mountain , it was so wonderful time . The sea there is so beautiful and you forget yourself when go there and I demand my father to take me to the sea because it make me relax and I forget everything . Finally , I recommend everyone to go and visit Yemen .

WEEK 7 fatema saeed

This time I want to talk about the issue that I suffer from it when I start studying in the university and I think that many of students are suffer from it , so I will write about what hate in the university which is transports . When start study in zayed university I was think that the school days were ending but it become I worse . In the first day I went there by bus and I came to the university in 6:30 so I should wake up in 5:45 and I retune home in 6 so it became a work and not studying . However , the first months I hate going to the university , and I complain a lot and everybody in the home are so angry from me because I was complain a lot . Now , I found another bus that takes us in our scheduled so I become so happy and I feel more comfortable. Going in the bus make me to think more about driving a car . Finally the university should consider more about offering bus to make students more comfortable .

Dubai is a well known trade center. Shopping in Dubai is excellent because it has many malls, interesting stores and superb souks. Also, Shopping in Dubai means saving money because of the grand sales during Dubai shopping festival. Not to mention the Global Village where you can find goods and foods from many countries. Thousands of people come to Dubai every year from different parts of the world for trading. For example, Jebel Ali is well known for bargain hunters because of the duty-free shops and tax-free goods. In Dubai you can find the marvelous designer shops in waif and Burjuman beside traditional clothes in Nayef souk.
In Dubai, you will not only find huge malls but you can also find the factories, exhibitions, insurance companies, the Internet City and Dubai Media City which make marketing, trading and communication faster and easier.
That’s why Dubai is known as a bargain hunter`s paradise.

Admiring successful person are common for everybody, and in some ways help them to become successful in life too. When somebody admires a person, that person become a good model for him or her. For me, the person whom I looked up to and I admired most is my cousin Aisha Al Hamli.
The first time I heard that she wanted to study as a pilot in Jordan, so I was disappointed just like most of our family felt. As we all know, in the Arab Culture, women are not allowed to go to other places outside the country alone and working with men. But Aisha was so determined to fulfill her dreams when she was just a little child. She got help with financial and emotional support from her father, and she leaved the country and went to Jordan. At first, she had a hard time to live alone there that even her studies are affected. She admitted that she was not good in her class, but she never gave up. In addition, she wanted to prove to her family that she can achieves her dream. She had a strong determination and long patience. After five years she graduated and got two licenses to drive private and public airplanes, and she went back here in Abu Dhabi. At that time, her family have already accepted her decisions and become happy and supportive with her. Consequently, she became the youngest and the first woman pilot in the United Arab Emirates. Not only her family were so proud of her, but the whole Emirates as well. She brought honor to the country that Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak made her as a successful good model to all the woman of Emirates. But Aishas dream didn’t stop as being a pilot only. Also, she enrolled at Zayed University, and she studied Business Course and got her degree. She is a strong woman with big dreams, moreover she is hardworking and responsible. She organized her dreams well that despites the trials and problems. she encountered in achieving her goals, and she was able to survived it.
And me personally, I admired her most not only because of her achievements, but most especially because of her determinations, and on how she handles her life in achieving and fulfilling her dreams.

My best freind

Because the teacher tell us to write about any topic as we like so, I like to write about my best friend. Her name is Noor. She is very kind friend . I know her from eight years . I love her very much because she is beautiful , lovely , clever and helpful . She is like my sister . She helps me , advice me and I used to tell her my secrets . I visit her house usually and she also visit me .In school we used to study , play , eat and talk togather . Now , she study in Al Ain university , so I feel sad because we cannot see each other . In summer we decide to travel to Bahrain we can spend there a lot of time together . It was really a nice days I would these days return again .

Friendship

This time I like to write about friendship and what it means and who should call him a friend . Friendship is an important thing to everybody in the world . I think that Friendship a small word but has a lot of meaning so, it means that the relationship between two person that built up on trust , immolation and honesty . I believe that the true friend who accept your excuse and forgave you when you do any mistakes . Also , a true friend who advise you and encourage you to do things in good way in your life and can be with you in the sad and in the joyful . People who don't have friends they feel wearily and depression and anxiety and they don't find anyone to tell him about their feeling . Having a good friend this good thing in our life . Finally , friendship has good meaning and should make sure that we don't lose our friends .

There are many people who are close to your heart. One of the people who are very close to my heart is my brother. Everybody thinks that we are twins because of our behavior. Every sister and brother definitely has fight but, me and my brother don’t fight with each other . In addition, if he has any problem I try to solve it and if I have any problem he solve it to me. Also, if I feel sad he tell me some words as a result, my mode change. Now he is far from me he is in new Zealand. He is studying there and he wants to a doctor. My brother persuade be a lot for example, when there is something I don’t believe it. he ask me some questions and make me agree with what he tell me. Ha has helped in many situations I can’t forget those situations. I thank god for giving me this brother and I think he is the best brother in the world. Finally, I want to say he is a valuable diamond which is rare to find.

Treating by music

Everyone must have a pain in his body or a bad mode in sometimes. In these days, we have many new ways of treating people such as treating by water, colors, spa, and music. The most helpful one is treating by music as I always do for many people who are my friends and parents when they have some pains in their body. It is not easy way to do, but actually it is from god which depend in your feelings and talents. When someone feels pain in his body such as headache, I begin to play a classic music from the patient interests then I let him to close his eyes. At this time, I put my hand on his head then I tell him to think about the music carefully. After minutes, the patient will feel that he is fine and no pains at all. This treatment is depend on feelings which means to control the person’s feelings and to change it in a good way. The reason of why I chose this treatment is because of most health problems are caused by a negative feelings. For example, a German doctor who made a test to know if people do feel sick from their feelings by giving some students a water to drink which is a healthy water. After that, he lied on them by telling that this water is communicated which made all of them to be sick. This means that most people feel sick from their actions and feelings from any situation which leads to sickness. I think we should take care of our health by controlling our emotions and to try always the easiest way of treatment.

In the last blog, I want to write about children. In Arabic we say “The children are the angels of the earth”. According to some researchers, the (delete) children usually imitate their parents’ acts. For instance, we often find my niece putting the cigarettes in her mouth because her father always smokes in front of her. Actually, children as any adult person have negative and positive acts. They may behave aggressively or kindly under stress. However, when I see them I always see them sensitive, Innocent and cute. In addition, some children can be affected by the modern technology such as TV, Computer and Play Station. On the other hand, some children are careless about studying. In fact, the children are a very important age group in the society, so the parents have to instill the good behaviors and the traditions in their children. Finally, I wish that our children will be the reason of progressing and developing the country.

smoking

Smoking is a very bad habit which is very common nowadays. A lot of people smoke nowadays such as adults, teenagers, and even some children. Some children want to be like a man so they smoke without take care about their health and future. Also, a lot of people smoke because they just want to try, after that it become as a habit. In addition, people who smoke find it very difficult to stop smoking but if they really want to stop they can. On the other hand, smoking causes many diseases such as heart disease, shortness of breath, and lung cancer. Although a lot of people who smoke know the bad effects for smoking, they smoke. Really I was shocked because if I know that something is dangerous to me, I will not do it. I hope that every one stop smoking starting with this day. My advice to every one is to take care a bout their self and do exercises from time to time to live in a healthy life.

Animals.. !!!

I wrote in this blog many things such as what things that I like it, what I want to be in the future and what my intelligences is. Now because it is the last time we write in this blog, I want to tell you about the thing that I do not like it in my life. It is all kinds of animals especially the cats. I hate them very much and I cannot even touch them. I do not know anything about them and when I study about them, I feel bored. The big problem is that we have many cats in our house and all my family like them even the children except me. I feel afraid and I run away when I see them in front of me. My father feels angry when he sees me afraid from a cat. He always says that it will not bite or hit you. I have tried many times to like them but I cannot. At the first week, I wrote in this blog that I hope to enjoy studying with my classmate in this class and now I want to tell you that I enjoy studying with you and I spent a wonderful time in this class.

Week 7: How to be a successful students...

Every body wants to be successful in life. There are many ways a student can be successful at Zayed University. If you follow this step you will be a (delete) successful. First, set your goals and write the long-term and short-term. Second, organize your time such us having specific time for relaxation and having specific time for study. Some students studied when the teacher gives them the exams. I think studying step by step when your teacher give new lessons are better. Third, be healthy by eating a balanced diet, do exercise and don’t think more about silly things that will harmful for your brain. Fourth, pay attention in class and concentrate on what teacher is talking about. Finally, ask your teacher to do more practice if you don’t understand the lessons.
In my opinion, there are many things to help you to be success. How about carry a small vocabulary notebook? By write the meaning and an example sentence in your notebook. In addition, be curious about new words that will help you to build a store of words. I think listening to English music and watching Englishs film is very good to be successful. The best thing to do is going to the library to read some books and story that will be better for you.

Ever each person has an intelligence. Some of people has more than one intelligence. I think people must improve their intelligence. Now I will talk about my intelligence. I think I have an intrapersonal intelligent because I can understand myself clear what I want and what I need in my life . Also I think I have interpersonal intelligent. I can understand others what they want and what they don’t want. I have a lot of friends with different ages because I can deal with them and I like to meet new friends. In my opinion I think interpersonal is the most important type of intelligent. In the future I would like to be psychological doctor to help people with their problems. I think this job is suitable to me. I always think about my future. I hope my future will be as I plan.

Every body has their own intelligences and high abilities for doing some things. I think people have one or more types of intelligences, but they don’t know how to use it. I think I have an intrapersonal intelligence because I can understand my self well. In addition to that, I prefer to study alone in a quiet and comfortable place. Moreover, I prefer to stay a lone when I have a problem and give my self the time to think carefully to solve the problem. Also, I like to work a lone without helping anyone especially in my house. For example, yesterday when I went to the kitchen to cook the dinner my husband was prepared the materials to cook with me. I told his to go out, but he didn’t listen to me. So, the dinner was too bad and when my husband looked it he shouted and told me he will never help me the second time. Sometimes I feel that I have interpersonal intelligence because I have ability to understand the people and know how to deal and communicate with people. After 10 years I hope to be a successful woman in my work and in my home.

About myself

Early last year, my life had totally changed when I entered Zayed University. I became more matured and hardworking, and not only towards my studies, but as well as I viewed myself and life. I enrolled in English Language Program, and I am now in level 7. I’m learning a lot from this program which develop my English language and discovering more about myself. Therefore, I learned that every person has own characteristic. So I study myself, and I found out that my intelligence is more interpersonal than other intelligences because I like to deal with different people. Also, I have the ability to exchange ideas and communicate with people. Moreover, I have a good relationship with my family, relatives and friends. I like to go out with them to the malls, parks and clubs. I think having interpersonal intelligence is the reason why I don’t like being alone. I’m hoping that my interpersonal intelligence will help me to achieve my goals. Firstly, I will take Human Resources Course, and I hope to do well and finishing on time. Secondly, I want to work in a famous company because I want to earn high salary which will help me to cover my needs. In ten years time, I want to see myself as a successful career woman. Also, the important point in my life is to make successful family and spend quality time with my husband and children.

Each person has his own intelligences and abilities which make him special and unique than others. For me I have the ability to convince my best friend and the ability to advice her when she needs my opinion. When I see her do something wrong, I lead her to the right path. I see this as intelligence especially after hearing my friend says that what I do for her is great for our friendship. This intelligence made me insure that I make my friendship safe and strong. Also, I have the ability to do creative things by making shapes using the papers. I like to think about some designs before I begin doing these things. I bought a book about this creativity to learn more about it and to help me more when I face some difficulties. Besides, I enjoy cooking sweets with my mother and dishes which I like. Also, I like to listen to Islamic songs when I feel angry or sad. However, I don’t like working a lot on the internet and I don’t like reading fashion magazines. After 10 years I hope to be a successful woman in my work and to be a successful leader. I wish to work in a high position which I reach for my own work. I would like to be already married and have 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls. Also, I hope to be a great mother who can balance between her work and her home.

My Intelligence

There are many types of intelligence such as naturalist, special and interpersonal intelligence. Many people have different types of intelligence but they do not use them well because some of them do not know what type of intelligence they have or even some of them do not know what intelligence means. Intelligence means the ability to learn or do something. In the past, I considered myself as one of them. Now, I know that I have interpersonal intelligence, which means involving relationships between people. I know how to deal with others well. Therefore, I have a strong relationship with others. Furthermore, in the summer vacation I joined Ain Jallot summer school as a teacher. At the beginning of the course, I found many difficulties to deal with them because it is my first experience and I was 16 years old only! They got mad and cried easily. I could not understand and deal with them well. However, with more patience, I know how to deal with them and I understand them. I know what they like and what they do not like. I liked them very much and I think they liked me, too. At the second time when I joined Ain Jallot summer school I found it easier to deal with children than the first time because I have more experience. For truth, it is not very easily to deal with children. However, because I liked them and I know how to deal with them, it seems, to me, teaching children is very easy, so I decided to be a teacher in the future.

My intelligence

Some times when you are requested to write about yourself you become happy because you see it the easiest writing. But I think it`s difficult for me because I can`t understand myself. My abilities are changed every year. Some of my abilities grow with me and some are dead. When I am smaller I had mathematical intelligence and I solve the difficult questions. In the school I always take full marks in math exams without studying. But I’m sorry of my intelligence which becomes less. Until now I have mathematical intelligence but not as the past. Sometimes I feel that I have interpersonal intelligence. I can understand the persons who I’m close with. I find this ability in me when I discuss my friend problem and she told me her story and feeling but I said for her you are a liar and I told her all her feeling and causes of her problem. My friend gets surprised and told me that all what I said is true. The best intelligence I have it is that I can learn anything I need. I think it’s gift from Allah. However, I have difficult when I learn languages because I can’t store words in my memory. So this cause me a lot of problems because I can’t store school poem, math equations. My plane for 10 years it’s not too clear. First four year I will continue studying in Zayed University and I think to take certificate from different academy or works in companies at the summer between courses. After that I will work in a good company because I have many certificates and experiences. After 2 years of working I will study again to be master. Last 4 years I don’t know if I’m live or die!

My intelligence is coil around the intrapersonal intelligence . I discovered this intelligent because I like to set , communicate and deal with other people . Also, I like to build a strong relationship with them .When I see my friends sad or there suffer from problems , I speed to help them and reduce their problems then when they feel happy I feel successful because I remove their stresses , so I decide to be psychology because I can understand people from their behavior . I have also other intelligence like musical intelligence because I like to sing . When I was I a child I used to sing in my school . But , I think that this intelligence will not benefit me in my future because my traditional not allowed me to be a singer ,so I try to develop my intelligence to be a successful psychology

Everybody has their intelligence, their abilities, their likes to do or dislikes and their ambition in the life. Last week we played a game in the website about multiple intelligences. The strong intelligence I have in the result is musical intelligence. Really if I listen a song one time I remember it all the time also, I remember the music. My sisters always ask me about the lyrics of any song and I tell her about it. I like to do many exercises like, walking , playing aerobic and swimming. In addition, when it’s raining I like to go out and enjoy these fantastic moments because I love rain. Now what is my dislike my dislike is reading books. I don’t like reading books because I feel bored when I read it however, if there anything attract me I definitely read it. there are many different ambitions in human life for example, somebody wants to be a teacher and other wants to be a doctor. My ambition in the life is to be a lawyer and I want to be very famous and successful person who can solve people’s problem. I will do my best to achieve my ambition.

My intelligence

In the future I hope that I will become an interior designer because I like to redecorate the rooms in a beautiful ways. Sometimes my relatives ask me to redecorate their houses because they think that I have a good visual and I have grade ability to make the colors together. My mother told me that when I was a child I always asked her to buy colors for me and I didn't care about the toys and games. Therefore, I always stayed at my room and spend lots of time in painting and coloring the pictures. All people who have known me since I was a child tell my mother that I will become an artist, so she always encourages me to take some classes in this major but I refuse her request always because I think that this kind of intelligence does not studied and it comes from using the colors in the daily life. Finally I want to become a successful interior designer because I really like to deal with colors.

Every person has high intelligence in something and good abilities so , I think that I have logical and interpersonal intelligence . I think I have logical because when I suffer from any problem or when I take big decision in my life , I likes to think carefully and think in rational way . When think I don't involve any emotion and I try to solve my problem and I cure about a small details of the problem when I solve the problem , when I think I like to think alone to think with careful . Sometimes I feel that I have interpersonal intelligence because I can understand people and I understand their feeling and their thought . I will try to improve some other type of intelligence like linguistics intelligence and spatial intelligence . Finally , I think in 10 years I will get great job and nice life.

Every person has a specific type of intelligence. I prefer to study alone and deal with least number of people. According to that, I think I am an intrapersonal intelligence because it means happening by you. Sometimes I like to work alone far away from people especially men. However, I think I can work more efficient in that way. For example, in the school, I got a higher mark for my individual work than team work. On the other hand, I am completely weak in musical intelligence because I have a poor connection with music. I usually feel nervous when I listen to music, in particular, loud music. Actually, those facts not as important as what I want to have in the future. After 10 years, I imagine myself in a high position on the society. That dream requires me to have interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences because I will need to be a popular person to achieve my goal.

About Myself

In my life, I think I have many abilities in several types of intelligence. These intelligences are interpersonal, intrapersonal, logical, and musical intelligence. Firstly, I like to meet new friends and to have a strong relationships in my life. Also, I always like to have friends who think carefully and have a good knowledge which I can learn from them the good things and ideas. In the same time, I always care to travel outside UAE to meet my friends who are in different ages, jobs, and nationalities. Secondly, I like to give myself a time to think alone. It is the best way to learn something and to think carefully especially in solving problems, but it doesn’t affect my relationships. Thirdly, because of my relationships and especially because of my work which is related to a culture foundation and a designing company, it makes my logical intelligence better in knowing different languages such as Dutch. Also, I write poets in Arabic which is being published in the internet and I read it in many parties and events. Thirdly, I love music so much especially the Arabian Music which is called Maqam. I play in nay which is an Arabian instrument and I create music and songs. In the past, I was an actor when I was in my high school. I was always acting in my school‘s theater at the special parties, singing, and reading poems. However, I am giving most of my time now for my university studies and my companies, but it won’t let me to forget thinking of my interests and about starting it again by the best way. Finally, in the 10 years time, I think I will get a job which contain to a culture and art interests and getting more known between people.

All of us must have a special type of intelligence. Some people have it but they don't know how to use it. I think that I have a naturalist intelligence because I always like to set in a nature places to enjoy my time. Really when I set in a nature places, I see that every thing in my life is beautiful. In my opinion, this type of intelligence is very important. It is not the most important one but we need it in our life. Also, sometimes I feel that I have interpersonal intelligence. I can understand others, know what they want, how they think, and how to deal with them. I always try to improve some types of intelligence which I think it is important in the life. I think this will happen from the experiences in the life because I think the life is the first teacher for every one. I always think a bout my future and I hope it will be nice.

I met a lot of women in my life who I consider them as good leaders. However, one of them affects me in a special way and I am following her steps in order to become a leader as her. This leader who I am going to write about is my Islamic teacher in preparatory school. I had chosen her as my leader because of her personality. She is friendly, lovely and kindly. Also, she likes to care about the people. I like her ways in communicating with different kinds of personalities. I was attracted by her way in putting the exams for us. She always puts encouragement sentences in the paper of the exams. Moreover, she puts the exams in colorful papers. So, this way let all the students to feel comfortable, relaxed and confident during the exams. She always urges her students to think, analyze and to know the results before they take any decision. She gave us a lot of advice which helped us as students not just in our educational life but also in our social life. This teacher has a good way while dealing with her students and also with other people. I learnt many things from her experience and the important thing which I learnt to be satisfied person about what I do and what I achieve in my life. Also, to expect and wait the relief from my god when I am in trouble. Therefore, people are taking her advice and see her as a successful person. Because of her characteristics, I admire her as a leader.

Some people play great roles in our lives. They can affect our lives either positively or negatively. Therefore, we must choose them well. I believe that a good leader is not easy to find. However, from my personal experience in life, I consider my teacher as a great leader. She teaches her students how to deal well with others besides teaches them the subject. She also solves the problems that face the students with a big smile and without feel bored. Furthermore, when the students feel bored and disappointed from the boring routine of studying and the pressure of the exams, sometime she cancels the lesson to change the routine, encourages them and teaches them that there are many difficulties in the life so they should learn how to tolerate these difficulties. In addition, she teaches them how to be successful woman in the future. Even when she got married, she did not change her styles with her students like other teachers. She stills kind and lovely with them. She can balance well between her job at school and her personal life. As a final word, I think she succeed at her life and her job also all of her students like her so I want in the future to be a good teacher like my teacher.

I believe that, the role of the women is to lives services to their future husbands and children because if women is not good in her house and not help her husband and children, the society will not be fine. My mother is a good example. However, she is not completed her education, but she is a successful woman in her life. For this reason, I want to become like my mother because she made a strong ship relations in her family. Moreover, she is very patient woman because she gave me all things I needed in my life. In addition to that, she takes care of me and helps me when I really need to help. Also, my mother taught me how to be a successful woman in my life especially in my house. For this reason, my leader is my mother and I want to be like her.

I’m very happy and I feel proud to talk about the best person in my life that can affect me . She is my mother , I love her very much , she is my leader , I can’t live without her . My mother is very kind , she do many things to make us happy and comfortable , she is intelligent , she can attract people with her wonderful behavior , she breeds us to be honest and straight . She is very patient woman because her mother died when she was thirteen years old and she grew up without mother . She always say that the life without mother its difficult . She likes to set with me and with my brothers to discuss us about our problems and she also learn us to help each other and be close . We like to listen to her stories and her experience in the life . She is very wonderful , I hope to be like my mother because she is successful and intelligent woman .

Many women are successful in their life. Did we think what are the reasons of being successful woman. I admire my big sister as a leader. Because I think she has all leadership characteristics. My sister is successful in her life because she behaves fearlessly. For example, the leader of the police can’t behaves fairly because he is a leader. If a leader becomes decay the soldiers also will feel decay because of the leader. The second reason is she can solve the problems easily. In our home if we suffer from any problem my sister solves it in a second. Furthermore, my sister is married and she is a business women. The third reason is her honesty for instance, if there is something wrong she tells as this is wrong. The final reason is her abides. In other words, she can take care of her house, husband and her children. What makes my sister successful is her thinking because she always think in logical way. In my opinion , being a leader isn’t a simple thing to do and we should have a strong heart. Not anyone can be a leader.

Everyone has someone that has an influence in his life and make him successful . My mother make me successful person , so my leader is my mother . I learn from her a lot I learn patience, tolerance . She is so helpful She help me and brothers and my sister when we have a problems and she do all her best to solve the problems . Everyone likes her because she so friendly with them . Even although , some people do bad things to her but she forget everything they do it to her and she so tolerant with them . she encouraged us to follow our dreams and to believe what we can do in our lives and she encouraged us to do all best . Now, she will follow her dream and she will complete her studies next year and I'm so proud of her and i wish to be like her .

Princess Diana

A famous person whom I consider to be my superwoman is Princess Diana. She was born on July 1, 1961 at Sandringham, Norfolk, England. She is one of the women that displayed many of the leadership qualities. She had the most important characteristics that a successful leader should have including: patience, tolerance, honesty, self-assured speaker and intelligence.
She had been involved in many charities which accounts for her patience, as a person has to be self-controlled and humble in dealing with those people. In addition, being an assertive speaker, she succeeded to show her true-self and leadership personality. Princess Diana is celebrated as a royal princess as well as a thoughtful leader. She was reliable when it came to charitable duties, and her efforts to help in need people could not be anymore enough. More over, her open-minded helped her in giving ideas and having an effect on things. Possessing the vital qualities of a leader, she has been evaluated for her good works throughout her country. Also, because of her intelligence she was proclaimed as “a queen of people’s hearts,”. Because of her behaviours I admire her as a leader.

Women are becoming a good leader in the world. Also they have a role in the society such as teacher, doctor and housewife. My mother is my leader. She is a successful woman in her life because she tolerated many responsibilities from all aspects. Although she lived alone without her parents, she took care of herself. In addition she got married and had 11 children, 6 girls and 5 boys. She educated us in correct behavior and helped us to develop our selves. For instance, she was mindful to put us in the best schools and universities. Eventually, she decided to complete her studies next year. I am really very proud of her. Moreover, my mother did many things for us like teaching us and solving our problems. Also she gave us everything we needed and encouraged us to do the best in our lives. All these causes led me to choose my mother to be my leader.

Who is my leader?

The Women as Global Leaders conference which was started in United Arab Emirates last week by H.E. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan. Because of that, I’d like to talk about my leader who is my mother. My mother who is from Kuwait and lived in UAE more than 30 years ago. She left her high school from Kuwait when she married my dad. When my mom came to UAE, she completed her high school in Abu Dhabi then she worked as a teacher of history and geography. When my mom divorced and had 6 children, she decided to join a university to study the business of Tourism and hotels although she was working. After she finished her university, she left her job to work as a manager in the Abu Dhabi Hotels company. Also, she worked as a manger of the Women Center and the Nationality Wedding Lounges in Abu Dhabi. In 1996, she started to work with H.E. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and others in many things such as an organizer and supporter of parties and conferences in UAE and in many countries over the world. The reason which let my mother to be successful in her life that she was the man and the women in the same time. In the house, she was the mother who love her children, take care of them, giving them all their needs of life. For example, studying, solving problems, learning them how to be successful in their life and also having a nice life of learning and fun. Outside house, she was the man who thinks by his mind, do not afraid from the future by living his days and completing his dreams however if it’s difficult. Finally, My mother got all her dreams as a nice family with important jobs and a history of what she did. That’s why my mother is a leader of the past and present and future.

 

A lot of people around the world think that the Arabic women can't do anything except taking care for their children but this idea is wrong because the Arabic women can do everything that the men can do especially nowadays. Beside that there are many women who are leaders in the UAE. For example Mariam AlRomee is the minister of the economy and Lobna AlQasemee is another minister. I think these are good examples for successful women because they challenge the difficulties and face their society. Also they succeed to persuade the people who think that the Arabic women are week and they can't connect with other people. On the other hand I think it is not necessary for women to work but to get a university degree and learn their children good things that can help them to become good and successful people in the future. I'm against the women who think that if they stay at their home or if they are not worked they will become depended and without any goals because when the woman stays at her home she is doing the most important job in the life which is breading her children and teach them how to tend their country. Maybe some people disagree with me but I think this is the best job for the women and I hope that I can do this job perfectly in the future.

In my life, my mother is my leader. I learn a lot from her. Really I admire her. She is a successful woman in the society and every people around us know that. She is a very patient woman and I think really I will not see a woman as patient as my mother in this time. Also, she always solves the problems in successful ways. She makes me, my sisters, and my brothers successful in the society. She entered us in the schools and universities to study and some of us graduated from the universities and now work in a good job. Also, she always gives advices to us. She does her best for us to live in easy life. In addition, she helps me as she can when I need the help. My mother did many things for me and I can't mention all of them. So my mother is my leader for that reasons.

Yesterday and while I was reading El Emirate Al Eoum newspaper I read a very strange news. It was a bout a man who hides a spy cam in women toilet in ministry of water and environment in Dubai. The spy cam where so small by a size of one dirham coin so no one saw it. But one day a woman found a strange thing and she asks the admin section to check. After the investigation police caught a man who is working in the same place he admitted that he hides the spy cam. The thing which gated me madder the nationality of the man and religion because he is from gulf countries and Muslim and in our religion that thing is too bad. I think the best solution for this case is to send him to a psychological clinic to check if he has any psychological problem.

Desert Safari

When I write about myself . I told you that my favorite hoppy is reading. Yesterday when I read Aquarius magazine I surprised when I read about the wonderful place which called ‘’ desert safari ‘’ It ‘s in Dubai , you can there see many people with different nationality. Tourist like to go there because it’s full of enjoy, you can enjoy do many things like dune bashing , sand boarding , camel riding , photograph in local dresses , enchanting belly dancing show, henna panting , BBQ dinner , Arabic tea and coffee, sheesha , unlimited soft drinks, you can set there in tents or around the fire because it is very cold in the desert and lot things you can do .This is the best chance for people who like camping . It’s really a wonderful place if you go there one day , you will like to go every day.

I was pleased to know that our country pays a great attention to special needs people. Last week I read in the newspaper that the Social Ministry in the UAE sets fifteen projects to develop teaching methods for handicaps people and make them an effective people in the society. The Social Ministry announced to provide medical, social and psychological treatments for handicaps people. In addition, it has promised to offer educational and financial assistance to the handicaps families to help them to understand the nature of disorder and help them to behave in a rational manner with the patient. Moreover, The Social Ministry will provide qualified therapists in special needs centers. As well, it is plans to make special need people enjoy normal people rights and plans to forbid any form of discrimination based on their inability. However, the greatest news is that the Social Ministry aims to provide transportation facilities to special needs and assure local residents for them.

I like to know everything about computer world. In the past, I thought that the smallest size of personal computer would look like a notebook and nobody can make a computer which is smaller than this. One day, I read this title" Computer in a pen" in http://www.wave-report.com. At the beginning, I was surprised and did not believe that. I asked myself is there an invention such this? Is there a genius inventor who can make a computer in a size of a pen? But after I saw the pictures I believed that and I knew that nothing is impossible in the technology world. The advantage of this computer is that you can take it with you whenever you go .The design concept uses five different pens to make a computer. One pen is a CPU. Another one is a camera. One creates a virtual keyboard while another one projects the visual output and this is the display. Another one is a communicator (a phone). All five pens can rest in a holding block which recharges the batteries and holds the mass storage. Each pen communicates wireless, possibly Bluetooth. As a final word, I think the technology world is a wide world and every new day we can find a new invention.

Food Prices in UAE

I read an article in the Gulf News about the “Food prices call for revaluation”. The article was published by a banking editor whose name is Babu Das Augustine. I had chosen this article because it was talking about problem existed in our time and people are suffering from it. This article gave specific reasons and details behind the increase in the food prices in the UAE. It also provides the people with information about the prices of some basic food items such as oil, sugar, and rice. This problem forced some companies to increase the salaries for their employees to cover their basic needs for their lives. In fact, increasing in the food prices problem is a part of a global trend. I think the main reason of the rise in prices as the writer mentioned is “currency reforms”. Moreover, dirham had become less compared to the dollar. In my opinion, people should know about the differences in the food prices in the UAE and the gulf countries and the causes of it. Also, the government has to find the solutions for this problem. In my view, the increasing of the prices for the basic items in our life is not fair because people are not benefiting from the rise in their income.

In last few days I read news in the newspaper related to technology and I like it very much, the new is talked about the Restaurants in Europe, the United States and Japan are testing new technology. The technology is to let diners order their food direct from a screen at their table instead of depending on a fellow human being to note their choice. It’s a comfortable way and useful in same time. Moreover, diners can enjoy playing music, games and go through the internet. This technology can also use it in canteens or for ticketing in airports and cinemas. But some dinners have another opinion that they don't believe in screens, they believe in humans and they prefer to wait for long time for a waitress instead of using this technology. In my opinion the new things always have positive sides and negative sides, so it is usually some people embrace the new technology but others will avoid it for as long as possible.

The accidents and young people..

One day, when I was reading the newspaper, I attracted by shocking news. I read about percentage of accidents in the UAE and the age group that involved in this trouble. In fact, young people over 18 years are always driving with excessive speed which may lead to death easily. According to Dhahi Khalfan Tamim – Commander in Chief of Dubai Police - there were 1056 deaths last year because of the traffic accidents. Also he said that we have to put an organization to reduce these accidents and imposed fines to every violator. Actually, these decisions are extremely important to our society, in particular carelessness driver. From my point of view, the government has to control this situation by forcing severe laws to prevent accidents and protect the road. Finally, I interested in this topic because it may happen dramatically in any time for any body whether was simple or terrible accident.

The Emirates Orchestra

Last week I read about an important news of doing an Emirates Orchestra in the Etihad newspaper. This idea of doing an Emirates orchestra is created by the Abu Dhabi Art and Culture Foundation. They started this idea from January 26 when The Arabian Oud group made an concert in Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. The leader of this group is the Iraqi Artist Naseer Shamma which works with the leader of The Abu Dhabi Art and Culture Mohammed Khalaf on doing an Emirates Orchestra. This idea is about making a learning center of Arabian music and instruments for all ages in Abu Dhabi. This center has many sections of learning. For example, sections for , Arabian instruments, musical theories and drama. They started this center in February 3 by accepting fifty students and they made a concert of their first music which created by the Iraqi Artist Naseer Shamma called The New year. The whole reason of doing this idea is because the Arabian culture and art need more supports especially in Gulf. The Iraq artist Naseer Shamma said that he is working to make his group the main supporter of the Arabian music in many Arabian countries. I chose this news because it is a new idea in the gulf and it is a good start of helping our culture to be always in the top. Also, in gulf countries do not care about music and they just listen without knowing it. The music is not for dancing, fun, and wasting time but it is the way of how people can understand each other with a nice feelings of love.

You don’t need a ticket or a passport to enter this restaurant, you just need a strong heart to have your lunch or dinner while you are above the ground 50 meters or more!
This flying restaurant took place in dubai and this is not strange because we use to hear and see many strange things in dubai. The manager of the restaurant said that this is an unique idea in the gulf and this restaurant is one of the 10 strangest restaurants in the world.
Some people will think that eating in this restaurant is dangerous, but this is totally wrong. The manager said that the restaurant has the highest levels of safety and luxury and the visitors will feel that they are in a 5 star hotel or in the first class in a plane!
Also, this flying restaurant offer some facilities like taking photos and celebrating your parties!

Pearl Island

Today when I search for newspaper I don`t find so I become afraid because I will get zero in my homework. I think about visit Al Itthad news website. While I see the subjects one of them hook me that about Pearl Island. I became surprised because this is the first time I know that we have Pearl Island in Abu Dhabi. Pearl Island is near of Marina beach .The length between Abu Dhabi and pearl Island take five minute only. Pearl Island is rich with agriculture it have 14,000 trees such as mango, pomegranate and palms. The area of island is 10 Km2 I think it is too small and furthermore, it is open in 07/04/2007. Pearl Island have a lot of lakes which you can spend nice time swimming in. one of these lakes is Aljabbal lake it has cataract inside it. Other lake is Alrai lake it have a lot of boats and water games. You can travel in the island by the bus or the train to see a wonderful flowers, dunes and trees .Between 5,000 to 7,000 tourists visit pearl Island monthly. After I read this report I hope to visit pearl Island because I feel it’s full of activities and we can spend special time in it.

I Like to read the news paper a lot so yesterday, when I was reading in gulf news paper I read an interesting article about some city that discovered in India . The city that scientists discovered in the state of Orissa in East of India this city her age it back to two thousand and five hundred years . The scientists believe that this city is bigger than Aetna .The found in this city 18 designs between the remain of the fort of Seesaw Balgara which discovered in the first time before 6 periods . Also , they found home containers . The team who do the fossils it was contain 12 member . Finally , this location it the important discover in India for now because this related to big city that maybe has twenty five thousand of population while in Aetna the population was ten thousand .

Two days ago, while I was reading the news paper. When I read one news I was surprised about it. The news is about advanced in the prices of stuffs. It has such a bad effect on the people. They are angry about that. Because a few months ago the government excess local’s salaries. Moreover, they advanced stuff’s prices. Now, once more they advanced the prices but the salary is not enough So this case leads to many problems. The traders do that to make more profits to themselves and the government try to solve it. When I go anywhere everyone discusses about this problem. This problem has bad effects such as, people transferring to other cities like, Samkha, bahiya and bunyas. The second effect is building holders are advancing the prices of renting flats or villas. For instance, the flat renting price was 30 thousand DH yearly and now the price is 60 thousand DH. Third effect is the percentage of swelling has been increased. For example, person in the past buys things monthly about 2 thousand DH includes every things they want. However, now they pay over 3.5 thousand DH. I think it’s a big problem and the government should limit for that problem.

Increase the cost of the praivate hospitals
Yesterday, when I was reading Alittihad newspaper I read this news(the praivate hospitals will increase their cost in the first of April). I think this is not a good decision because it will affect negatively in some people. In my point of view, the public hospitals are not good in diagnoses and treatment as the private ones. Therefore a large number of people go to the private hospitals even if they are poor to get a good and right cure, so if they increase the cost, many people will face financial problems and they will be in to the dept because as I mentioned everyone wants to be healthy. Also they said in the newspaper if they increase their cost the treatment will be better and the patients will get more care because they will develop the material which can help the patients to get rid of their disease faster. Finally, although this decision will develop the cures, many people will find many difficulties to have these cures.

Automatic payment machine in Abu Dhabi !!

Yesterday, I read in the Gulf News that first automatic payment machine became available to the public by Abu Dhabi police. A range of services is provided by touch operated machine which can help us to know the fine inquiries and inquiries related to the measures of licensing vehicles and drivers. In addition, the public can propose many things through the machine like complaints, suggestions and safety information. The first machine was installed in one of the famous location in Abu Dhabi which is Marina Mall. Some of machine will be available in different places in AL Ain after few months. This new project of Abu Dhabi police will be a big advantage to the public especially vehicle owners and drivers. In my opinion, when we do transactions, this machine will save our time and effort. Also, it is easy to use for everybody and it provides us detailed information through the piece of paper. So, it is useful and informative machine for the public of Abu Dhabi.

I read in the newspaper tow days ago something important which is that it will be a black points for those who against traffic laws. When I read this I felt happy because a lot of people died nowadays because of against the laws. Also, they must pay money in addition to the black points. I think no one want to have black points so I think that by this way the accidents will be reduced. I choose this topic because it is very important to every one and it helps us to save our life. How education can make you better person?

In the past, life was difficult and complicated. People lived in a simple way with a simple things. They don’t care about education because only few people can afford to go to school. Today, people realize the importance of education. They believe that if you want to do well and be successful in life, you have to be educate. Education makes the way of living easy and comfortable. So, how education can make us a better person? firstly, person can be successful if he lives in a successful family. This means that if the parents are well educated, they become a good example for their children because they will be the first person to teach them at home. Another point, education can help a person to get good job and a higher salary. In addition, it can make higher place in society for the person and he can help the development of the country. Through this, he can get many good friends and people will respect him. Lastly, education can help you to think and understand every things around you in different ways. In my opinion, education can help in building your special characteristics and makes you unique person.

Abu Dhabi has many interesting places , but my favorite place I like to visit is the sea .This sea in Abu Dhabi near Marina mall . I like this place , I go there at weekend especially on Friday with my friends and my family . We go there at afternoon and we return home at night . We like to eat , play in the sand , relax and walk . I spend most time to talk and eat . My father likes to catch fish and my mother cooks it . In the winter we go there at night we set together around the fire to speak and enjoy telling a stories .I encourage you to visit it and enjoy your time if you like the sea. I wish to go there every day , but it difficult because the sea is in Abu Dhabi and I live in Al shamkha .

. My favorite place in the Abu Dubai

Every body have a favorite places to visit. My favorite place in the Abu Dubai is the sea. I like to go to the sea because it is a comfortable and quiet place. Also I like to see the landscapes, such as warm seas, cozy beaches and the gold sands. This past weekend my husband decided to go to the sea to catch fish. We went there from 8:00 PM until 3:30 AM, so we prepared the material to catch the fish. My husband told me we couldn’t leave until he caught a fish. I stayed her and I see many children try in the sands to build the palace, so I tried with them to build it. Later, we built the palace and we were very happy. After that, I see my husband try to catch fish. Later, my husband caught a small fish, so we were very happy and we left their at 3:30 AM with one fish. In my opining, I think every country has wonderful places to attract people to visit it.

Mobile Addiction in the UAE

Some studies found that there are two types of addictions. The first type is drugs addiction which well known by people and the second type is behavior addiction. The idea of the addition is getting used to something and dealing with it in daily bases and unusual ways. The addiction may affect the person’s social life and behavior. Some people in the U.A.E especially teenagers like to be unique. They are interest on being a special person by new mobile phones, cars and clothes. In our time each teenager wants to get his or her own phone specially the boys. Some of them get their own phone for their necessary needs but others like to showoff. Buying new phone is a habit that may become an addiction during time. For example, my brother and my sister are uncontrollable on changing their phones when new phones arrived in the shops. They are attracted to mobiles with new technology, properties and on fashion. Although they are not working and do not have a stable income, they like changing their mobiles a lot. They also like to save and ask for money from my old sisters to be able to buy what they want. Another instance is that my sister’s husband likes to buy new phone for him and for my sister as a gift whenever he sees a new mobile phone in the market. He has six preferential numbers. Also, he has a collection of his older phones which is 6 or more. I think it is excessive because he is not a businessman to have these six phone numbers. I believe that phones are more important to use than buying it as a fashion.

Everyone has a favorite place to go to. My favorite place in Abu Dhabi is the sea. I love the sea because my mind stops worrying about everything happens in the world. I feel relaxed and happy . I often go there with my uncle, cousins and my sisters. We go to the sea by my uncle's yacht, usuelly in the weekend.We go there for fishing even I don’t like it.So I spend my time swimming in the sea with my sisters and catching small sea creators such as: small crabs and small fishes.After that we collect shells, build sand palaces and enjoy running along the beach. eventually, we take my uncle fishes and make sea food barbecue. In the end, after eating our lunch we play football and take photo for remembering. That’s why I said "my favorite place is the sea".

Abu Dhabi have many beautiful places , but my favorite place is the beach . I go there with my family and my relative in weekend especially when the weather is nice . We go there because my father likes to go fishing and he say that the sea makes him feel relax and also me , I like to go to the beach because I feel relax and I forget very thing that happen especially the bad things . It is really a lovely place when I go there I have a good time ,I like walking and playing in the beach . Sometime I go with my father in his boat when he go fishing and when we retune my father makes the fire and grill the fish and we ate it . My favorite view in the beach is the sunset I like to take a picture , but when l saw it I think a lot and I forget everything about taking a picture . Finally, I recommend everyone to go to the beach with his or her family because it’s a nice and lovely place to go .

Friends

Friends play great roles in our lives and they can affect our lives either positively or negatively. Therefore, we must choose good friends. I believe that a good friend is not easy to find. Good friendship have many characteristics that require good friends to have. Firstly, you and your friend must understand each other. Secondly, trust is a very important point in any friendship so friends have to trust each other. You must not lie at your friend and try to tell her all the truth because that makes a friendship stronger. In addition, you must help your friend when she needs help. From my personal experience in friendship, I believe that I have wonderful friends. I like them very much. They are very kind and I feel comfortable when I am with them. They understand me and I am always trying my best to understand them, too. Furthermore, when I need help, I find them ready to help me. I feel the trust between us. For example, If I do something wrong, they tell me in a good way what I have done wrong. As a final word, I think that if we choose good friends with the characteristics
I mention, we will
not break up our friendships easily.

 

My favourite place in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is the place where I live in. I should write about my favorite place in Abu Dhabi but I think it is hard because I like every place in Abu Dhabi. Every place I visit especially with my family I feel it is the best place in Abu Dhabi. When I go with my family we do a lot of actions which make us happy and laugh. I like to go to the malls, marts, beaches and restaurants. I like to go to Albteen beach because it is a calm place and nice place to relax. Shopping is one of my hobbies so I become happy when I go to the malls with my cousin because all the time we are laughing. Maybe you are surprise when you know that I like restaurants I will tell you why. I spend the time with my family ( maybe we are more than 10 girls ) talking and eating and joking so we spend a very special time together. I think you become confused from my favorite place in the Abu Dhabi but I tell you in the bagging that every place with my family is the best place for me.

Abu Dhabi is one of the most lovely cities in the whole world and has so many nice places in which you can enjoy your time, but my favorite place is Marina Mall.
Marina mall is the biggest mall in Abu Dhabi, it is located on the amazing Abu Dhabi couriche , and I love spending time there, especially after the opening of the new Marina Mall extension.
Last weekend my brother took us with his family to Marina Mall and we spent the whole afternoon there , we had lunch in the delicious Italian restaurant “Biella” , then he took his children to play in the “action zone” and I went with my mother to shop .I love shopping and marina gives you a nice shopping experience. We finished that great afternoon with a warm cup of caramel latte in “star bucks”. Try doing that and you will know why it is my favorite place in Abu Dhabi.

My favorite place ..

Abu Dhabi is one of the most famous cities in the world, in particular, in the gulf. Also it is the capital of the UAE. Some tourists come to the Abu Dhabi because it has many beautiful places. For example parks, beaches, museums and malls. My favorite place is the parks. It is very nice place to entertain. I like to go to (Khalifa Park) with my family when the weather is very fantastic and suitable for all. In addition, my family always relaxes and talks together in this fabulous park. It is really a lovely day when we have fun in one of the biggest parks in the UAE. Also the children go to play in the electronic games and are funning. Sometimes when I see the nice landscape, I start drawing it like trees, fountains and the sunset. The most favorite thing for me is the period of sunset. In fact, I am so happy when I meditate it. Finally, I recommend people to visit this park and I hope to go to it daily, especially with my family.

My favorite place in Abu Dhabi city is the Emirates Culture Foundation. The Emirates Culture Foundation is the place which you can meet the whole world cultures in Abu Dhabi city in UAE. It is a perfect idea when they made this foundation in Abu Dhabi city because Abu Dhabi city is the culture city and the capital city of UAE. This foundation is the main sponsor for all festivals and theaters in Abu Dhabi. Festivals is not only about our national culture, but it's also shows the world festivals activities. For example, music concerts, art galleries, lectures, and cultures week. These festivals can spend whatever time they need. Most of festivals take a long time which is for a month to have more activities which happens once a year. For example, The Arabian Music and Art festival which starts every year in march in Abu Dhabi city. The Emirates Culture Foundation is not a place for supporting only, but it is the best place for learning. For example, learning music, art, languages, Islamic statics and using computers. In the summer holidays, this Foundation becomes an important club for people to enjoy their holidays. Every week they make an professional schedule which lets people from a different ages to enjoy , For example, sports, trips and many other choices of learning classes. Also, every weekend the foundation shows a movies which are from many countries over the world. Also, they have a large library which has many choices of topics and books in different languages. I like this place so much because in these days we can't find someone easily to understand the meaning of the culture and take care of it. Finally, I want to say that the culture is the main language of the world.

My Favorite Place

Abu Dhabi is the capital of one of the most beautiful countries in the world which is UAE. I like Abu Dhabi very much because it is quite and beautiful city. Also, It has a large number of nice places but my favorite place in Abu Dhabi is the Corniche. I feel relaxed when I walk there. I enjoy sea view. I remember a lot of things when I see it and when I feel sad I like to go there because at that time I think no one can understand me except the sea. Although I like to go to the Corniche many times, I can’t because it is far from where I live. I like to bring my dinner and eat it there but I have not done that except one time because my family’s members don’t like to eat in open places especially sea area. It was a nice time because my brothers tried fishing some fish for us. Although it was not many, we were very happy because we grill it and ate it fresh. I hope to repeat this experience but with more fish to feel full in the next time. ^^

My favorite place in the UAE is the beaches. I feel happy and relax when I go there with my family. When we feel board we go to the sea and set on the beach. Also, after we go shopping we take our dinner and go to the beach. We talk together, play on the sand, and do many interesting things. Sometimes my brother let us drive the car near the beach and I like that too much. In addition, we play in the water like children. We can go to the beach in our holydays and in the weekend. When we finish and enjoy our time, we feel happy and sometime tired. We go home after that interesting day. I think it is a good idea for every one to go with their family to their favorite place because you will really feel happy and relax in your favorite place.

Everybody has there own favorite place.I will tell you my favorite place in AbuDhabi. Desert is my favorite place in AbuDhabi.While I am telling you maybe you are thinking are she is madd is there anybody likes desert. Before going to desert I feel excited and happy because I usually go with my family.We do many things there for instance, making tents,driving motors bikes and playing different games.I usually go in winter because of the rain. I feel relaxed and happy when I see the rain in the desert. I usually take photos as there are many beautiful scenes like, camels are walking and a big lake between the soil. I have gone to desert for two months and I feel that I didn't visit it for one year.In the bigging I hate desert because I was thinking it's hot and humid In contrast, I love it very much. At the end, I really hope you visit desert with your family because it's beautiful place and I think you will enjoy your time there.

My name is Kawther. I’m 19 years old. I’m married in summer in August last year. I live in Shameka with my husband and his family. I have 8 brothers and 7 sisters. I’m student at Zayed University in Abu Dubai. I’m in level 7. In Zayed University they do many activities and all students are enjoyed. Some times I have class at 8:00 am, and some times I have class at 10:00 am. In the class they find 14 student and we work together in the group. I have a break time two hours. In the break I go with my friends to the canteen to eats. My best friend is name Siham . She is single and she is bigger than me. Some times when I feel tired I go to the library to read stories, some books and drink hot chocolate. I love study in the library because it is quit place and comfortable. I spend my free time doing my homework and watching TV. I travel to many places such us, Malaysia, Singapore, Oman and Saudi Arabia. In the future I wish to be a successful woman. I wish to become a famous doctor in the world to help sick people. I know that it is difficult for Arabic woman to become doctor because is the traditional. Also I hope in the future to learn how to cook. I would like to learn how to make sweets and cakes because I like eating sweets very much. I will major in Business and Management, but it's not something that I want to be. Actually the thing that I want to be is to became astronaut but for the regret our society and our customs and tradition they not accept this job especially for woman. My name is Asma. I am 18 years old. I was born in Abu Dhabi. I am a student at Zayed University. I lived my childhood in Bany Yas .Then I was transferred to Al Rahba when I was 10 years old. I want to be a physics teacher in the future but this major is not available at Zayed University so I decided to be English teacher. I live with my big family in a large house in Al Rahbah town. I have six brothers and two sisters and all of them are married. I like their children very much. My favorite hobbies are reading and watching cartoon and if I find an interesting book, I spend all my day reading this book until I finish it, even if I had an exam or another important works. About me – Anood Malik

My name is Anood Malik. I was born in Abu Dhabi city in UAE in 1990. I have two brothers and two sisters. My whole educational stage was in Abu Dhabi. I speak Arabic, English and Dutch. I like to meet new friends and to know about other cultures which lets me to travel every holiday. I travelled to the UK, USA, France, India, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, Lebanon, Syria, and Egypt. Culture and art are very important to me because they become my life experience. I am a graphic designer and a manager of the Iraqi art and Culture company. Also, I write Arabic poems and articles and I play in Nay (an Arabic music instrument). I did many works when I started my company in 2004. In 2005, I participated in the Iraqi culture week in Soas's university in London with princess Nesreen Al Hasheme and the oud player Ahmed Mukhtar. I built a Wikipedia of Iraqi culture and art in the internet in 2005. I designed many websites and most of them are for artists. In 2007, I joined the Zayed`s university in Abu Dhabi city. When I started my university, I felt that I am in a new life changes. The university has a perfect social life and activities with learning new skills. However, the university will let me to have a good future and more experience.

My name is Mariam and I’m 18 years old. I’m in level 7 and I hope that I will pass it with good grads and enter level 8. I live with a nice family. I have 5 brothers and 4 sisters and very nice and kind mother but we miss the most important person in our family because he died before 6 month and this person is my father.3 of my sisters and 2 of my brothers have been married. I like their children and I spend a lot of time with them and also they like me because I play with them and I give them a lot of chocolate. We can do many things that we can’t do in the school . We can use our mobile in the break, we don’t wear a uniform and our study in the laptop. My name is Fatima AL Mazroie. I’m 18 years old. I’m from United Arab Emirates, and I live in a big family in Abu Dhabi . I’m the 9th child of 11 siblings and 5 of us are girls.

As a person, I’m nice to be with. Even sometimes I prefer to be alone and quit .Also, I’m friendly. I love to have a conversation with someone especially if it catches my interest. Also I like to help those who are in need.

During my free time, if I’m not visiting my relatives or meeting with my friends, I love to spend most of my time with my family. I like surfing the internet to learn more things from around the world. Before I go to sleep, I read some story and poetry books.

This year, I entered at Zayed University to complete my education. Now, I enrolled in Academic Bride Program to develop my English language.

An addiction sister

My sister is addicted to the internet. She loves to read unrealistic stories which are written by unknown people. Unfortunately, she spends most of her time reading these stories which affects on her feelings. For example, sometimes my sister cries, laughs, or feels happily according to the stories' events. One day, my older sister and I discovered that our addicted sister was writing a romantic story. When she knew that we have found her love story she felt shy and started to cut her story's notebook and burned it. In general, she likes to spend a lot of her time sitting in front of the computer without doing any movements unless it is necessary. She spends a round ten hours per a day in front of the computer from the morning till midnight. One day, I was surprised when I woke up at 8 am and saw a light coming from my sister's blanket, so I decided to come closer. Then I was shocked to see her using the internet even on her bed. One day, my family took me from the University when I finished my classes to do some shopping for Al Eid. My addicted sister couldn't remise her laptop even in car. She saved her beloved stories on the laptop, in order to spend her time reading it or watching Korean movies in the car. In my opinion, using and sitting in front of the laptop for long time may lead to some illness, such headache which my sister suffers from it most of the time. I believe that my older sister suffers from net addiction and I would be able to describe her as a netaholic.

My name is Ayesha AlMansoori. I’m 18 years old. I study in Zayed University. Now I will talk about my family. I have 5 sisters and 3 brothers and I`m the youngest one. Two of my sisters and two of my brothers get married. My oldest sister have 2 boys and I like them too much because they are so cute but they always make me crazy. That’s what I have about my family. I have a lot of hobbies and it always change. I like drawing, talking, eating, meeting with my friends and taking photos. Hi all, this is a way of practicing writing accurately. Every week I will post instructions on what you need to write about. You will need to write at least 150 words every week to get a grade. Every week I will assess your contributions.

Each time I will assess you on one particular accuracy point.

For each contribution your grade will be :
E=Excellent (no mistakes) - each excellent gets you 20% (e.g 5 excellents=100%)
G=Good (1 mistake) - each good gets you 12% ( e.g 3 goods and 3 excellents = 81%)
O=Okay (2-3 mistakes) - each okay gets you 10% (e.g. 4 Okays = 40%, 2 okays and 4 goods = 68%)
P=Poor (4 or more mistakes or not enough words)- each poor gets you 5%

If you do more than 6 pieces, I will take the 6 best marks.
